This month Santa Monica Housing Division staff will be hosting informational workshops about the City's Below Market Housing (BMH) waitlist and program. The workshops are intended for applicants to learn more about the process of this important program which connects qualified households with vacancies occurring in more than 2,600 affordable residences across the City. https://santamonicahousing.org/
